In this GIMP tutorial, I show you how to create a dripping portrait effect! The easy technique involves manipulating a photo so that it looks like your subject is dripping off the page. I show you how to remove the background of the photo you want to use for this tutorial, as well as how to create your own custom drip effect so you don’t have to buy one off a stock website that doesn’t fit your image. I also provide a free download to the drip path I use in the tutorial below.
