In this tutorial I show you a very fast and easy High Contrast Portrait Effect using Photoshop Elements Filters. Once you know this trick it only takes seconds to apply to a portrait photo but gives a really interesting and professional look. This High Contrast effect can also be used as a starting point for more complex filter effects.
