How to Correct Lens Distortion in GIMP

In this GIMP tutorial, I show you how to correct lens distortion caused my using wide angle lenses when taking photos. I discuss the two main types of distortion (barrel distortion and pincushion distortion), and show you what problems are created when your lens distorts your photography. I use a built-in GIMP filter for this method.

This is a great tutorial for beginner photographers and photo editors. I use GIMP, which is what I call the “Free Version of Photoshop” due to the two programs similarities (and GIMP is totally free).
