In this video I demonstrate how to set up the different layers needed to separate out the different frequencies for easy skin smoothing. This involves a clever use of Blend Mode options and Gausian Blur.

This training video was recorded in Photoshop Elements 15 but the techniques used will work just as well in Photoshop Elements 11 through the latest Photoshop Elements.
