This lighting effect tutorial is very simple yet very effective, not many steps but output is very good looking.
Images and brush that i have used in this tutorial are png file so you don’t have to cut it and download link to everything is at the end of description.
We will start by manipulating the light and then we will add fake hair and adjust color and lighting of that too.
Then comes the particles and afterwords i will show you how to adjust contrast and color and sharpen your image for better look.
Sharpening is impotent because it has small particles, which look good when sharpen and hair details also look nice.
