Photoshop Tutorial: How to Use the OIL PAINT Filter in CC 2015

NOTE: Adobe re-introduced the Oil Paint filter in version CC 2015.1.1. Therefore, this tutorial is ONLY for versions CC 2015.1.1 and later. If you already have Photoshop from Adobe Creative Cloud, you can access the new oil paint filter by updating your Photoshop version to 2015.1.1 .

If Open CL is greyed out, the general advice is to update your display driver. If that doesn’t work, seek out and install a better version of the display driver for your video card.
