In this Photoshop tutorial, you will learn how to precisely place a lens flare in Photoshop by using the Precise Flare Center.
When properly used, the Lens Flare filter in Photoshop can add a nice effect to your photos. One issue is that you cannot always apply the Lens Flare effect to the exact location that you like in your photo. Unless, of course, you know the secret keyboard shortcut that will unlock the Precise Flare Center, giving you complete control of the Lens Flare filter!
