In this tutorial I show you how to make an interesting soft focus portrait look using the Orton Effect in the Guided Edits section of Adobe Photoshop Elements. This is a quick and easy Guided Edit technique that can add a nice dreamy romantic feel to a portrait photograph.

02:08 Merge top 2 layers to new layer
