In this tutorial I show you how to create a Photoshop Elements Lightsaber Effect using simple Layer Styles tricks and some Blend Modes. This is a great way to get some of that Star Wars feeling, especially if you were hoping to get to Disneyland or Walt Disney World this year for Galaxies Edge.
