GIMP Heal Tool Tutorial (One of My Favorite Tools!)

In this GIMP 2.10 tutorial, I provide an in-depth look at how to use the Heal Tool – one of the more popular tools in GIMP. The Heal Tool is typically used for healing blemishes, wrinkles, scratches, dust, etc. that may show up in your photo, and can also be used to remove a variety of other things such as face paint (as I show in this tutorial). This tool uses a powerful algorithm that produces “seamless cloning,” can be used across multiple images, and is best used in combination with other photo manipulation tools like the Airbrush tool and Clone tool.
