In this GIMP 2.10 tutorial, I show you how to easily create seamless, repeating patterns using any illustrations, graphic, or design and the new Offset feature (which was released with GIMP 2.10.12). With this technique, you’ll be able to create custom patterns to use on any project in GIMP to create dynamic backgrounds. The pattern is painted easily using GIMP’s Paint Tools, including the Bucket Fill tool.
