In this Inkscape tutorial, I show you how to design a logo using the Golden Ratio for a more proportional result that’s more pleasing to the viewer. I’ll show you how to use the rectangle tool and text tool to create compound shapes and text for a professional looking logo.

This beginners tutorial shows you a really simple technique for creating Golden Ratio shapes without having to use the Golden Ratio spiral method to build multiple shapes from scratch. This produces a proportionate logo much quicker than traditional methods!
