How to create that popular pop out portrait in Photoshop Elements. This trick can be made in most versions of PSE. In this video I use the Refine Edge tool which was introduced in Photoshop Elements 13 which makes this trick a little easier. Works well in versions 15 and newer.

This Photoshop Elements Pop Out Portrait tutorial takes you step-by-step through the complete process from beginning photo clear through to the final image. This training demo was recorded in Photoshop Elements 2018 but the techniques used will work just as well in Photoshop Elements 13 through the latest Photoshop Elements.
