Create Lighting Effects in GIMP 2.10.10

In this GIMP 2.10 tutorial, I show you how to create lighting effects using luminosity masks, color fill layers, layer modes, layer masks, and blurring effects. The final result is a photo with enhanced lighting, including lights with whatever color you want to make them, and lights that give off a glow.

Additionally, I show you how to adjust the colors of your images so that the color of the lighting matches the rest of the scene.
