GIMP 2.10 (RC2) Tutorial: Add Motion Blur to Action Photos

In this GIMP 2.10 Release Candidate 2 (GIMP 2.10.0-RC2) tutorial, I show you how to add motion blur to action photos to enhance the action going on in the image. In this case, I am using a photo of a dog running towards the camera with a ball! I also show you how to use the color tools to adjust the color of the image, include saturation, color temperature, levels, curves, and the unsharp mask. I’ll also remove unwanted items from my image using the Heal Tool and Clone Tool.

This tutorial is great for beginners, but can be utilized by photographers and photo editors or photo retouchers of any skill level. The best part? GIMP is a free photo manipulation and retouching program!
